I am a languages student from Northern Ireland, studying Spanish and Portuguese. I may not be fully qualified, but I am now looking to fill my time with more translation due to the fact that I had to return home during my Erasmus year due to the COVID-19 outbreak. I still am continuing with my classes from my host university (Porto, in Portugal) and am currently studying a translation module so I am familiar with CAT software and the proper protocol for translation.

Widely traveled and interested in a broad array of subjects. I prefer technical translation to colloquial translation, although both are interesting. Besides Portugese I speak French and have learned smatterings of Russian, Dutch, Greek, Arabic, and Spanish.

I am currently based in Ireland, but I have spent many years living in Portugal. I have five years professional experience as a software developer and I remain up to date in the area.
