He used slang in his chat with me that assumed a tone of familiarity with me that we don't have. Also, I gently tried to correct his spelling of "ma'am" in the chat, but he continued to spell it wrong even after the correction. It was not part of the translation, but it seems that one would incorporate corrections from a client into the subsequent communication.
