What I received was a machine translation, not even checked by the translator. Just to give a couple of example, abbreviation were randomly translated, some authors' names in the references were translated, many sentences had gender inconsistency, etc. I won't even mention the fact that citations of an international treaty were actually re-translated instead of finding the official UN translation of the document. All in all, I suspect that this person only validated the machine translation on SmartCat and send me back the document. This would explain how she was able to translate a 12.000-word document in less than a day...
