Smartcat launches new Enterprise Reports

Smartat is happy to share an exciting update on data reporting for Enterprise subscription clients!

This new update provides you with precise, insights-driven reports at the click of a few buttons from your Smartcat workspace.

You can now get detailed reports on four different areas: 

• Cost and savings

• Quality

• Translation turnaround time

• Volume

Get detailed macro and micro views on all your projects

Depending on the type of report, whether one of the four aforementioned default categories, you will get both a macro and micro view of performance.

Overview and detailed view

The above image is an example of a translation project turnaround time report. It presents a macro overview. For a detailed micro view, you can click on any of the five primary categories presented. A new page will open, which goes into much greater detail on each specific translation project.

A broad range of filters

You can filter each report to display specific data and insights. You can also see when the last changes were made to the report and filter by time period, for instance, the previous 90 days.

Each report presents various data points on performance, in addition to explanations of how to interpret them.

Feedback

Each report also provides a link to provide Smartcat with feedback on your enterprise report experience and any changes that you would like to see in future! Smartcat will assess your feedback and get back to you with a response.

This new reporting feature for enterprise clients enables teams to get a clear, quick picture regarding translation and content creation key performance indicators.

To access this new feature, simply open your Smartcat workspace and click on Reports, which you can find inside the Navigation section or via your left sidebar menu, for data-driven insights in a snap!
